These terms apply to all purchases on nazarkuttu.in, run by Triplesundae Private Limited.

Products
All bands are handmade and hand-knotted in India. Small variations in colour, beads and finish are part of the charm, so no two are exactly alike. Product photos are for reference.

Use
Nazarkuttu bands are wellness accessories, not collars. Do not attach a leash. Remove the band during rough play, chewing, or when your pet is unsupervised. We’re not responsible for injury or loss caused by misuse.

Pricing and payment
Prices are in INR and include taxes. We accept prepaid orders only. We may change prices or stock at any time without notice.

Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurs. In that case, you’ll get a full refund.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Nazarkuttu name, characters, artwork, photos and copy, belongs to Triplesundae Private Limited. Please don’t use it without permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
